Yes. Australia and New Zealand share the AS/NZS 3112 Type I plug system, so the same SAA/RCM certified extension cords are accepted in both countries, as well as several Pacific markets. The flat 3-pin arrangement with the earthed lower pin is distinct from European, UK or North American connectors.
