They are built to SI-32 and use the Israeli Type H plug. Modern SI-32 Type H plugs use round pins and are compatible with Type C Europlugs; the older legacy Type H used flat blades. Both 2-pin and 3-pin versions are supplied.

Yes. Plugs and cords sold in Israel must be approved by the Standards Institution of Israel (SII) to SI-32 and carry the SII safety mark. Imported cords generally require SII approval for customs clearance.
The current round-pin SI-32 Type H socket accepts the Type C Europlug, but a Schuko Type F plug does not always make the earth connection correctly. For grounded appliances use the SI-32 Type H cord; Type C is fine for double-insulated devices.
