Which devices and appliances use an IEC C7 inlet?

The C7 inlet is common on laptop power supplies, games consoles, TVs, sound bars, radios, chargers and speakers. The C7 connector mates with the C8 appliance inlet.

Is the C7 connector polarized, and is there a grounded version?
