The inlet or the receptacle is factory fitted to the enclosure, so the installer only brings the feeder to the terminals inside. Cover, gasket and plugged cable entries are supplied with the box.

The 30 amp breaker version of the RV outlet box puts a NEMA TT-30R receptacle and a single-pole 30 amp breaker in one enclosure. The trailer cord plugs in as it would at a campsite, with the branch protection sitting inches away instead of back at the panel.
One switch controls the outlet, and the cover takes a padlock, so a homeowner can leave the feeder connected and still decide when the receptacle is live. That is the arrangement most storage yards and driveways ask for.
Home driveways where a trailer sits plugged in between trips, storage yards and small campgrounds with shared posts, farm yards, and workshops that want a switchable 30 amp outlet outdoors.
Keep the feeder protected at the panel as well, and confirm the breaker fitted matches the feeder conductors. A 30 amp breaker in the box does not make a 20 amp circuit safe.
The receptacle is a 125V travel trailer device, so nothing with a four-wire plug will fit it and nothing 240V should be wired to it. Close and lock the cover when the outlet is idle.
ETL listed. Samples are available, production runs start at 200 to 1000 pieces with 15 to 20 working days after the order and artwork are confirmed, and private label covers the enclosure label and the packing.
Common questions about 30 Amp RV Power Outlet Box with Breaker, NEMA TT-30R
The outlet can be switched and locked at the post. The feeder stays connected, the breaker in the enclosure protects the receptacle circuit, and the padlock hasp keeps the outlet out of use without opening the panel.
No. The TT-30R is a 125V travel trailer device with its own slot pattern, and it only accepts a TT-30P plug. Nothing from a house circuit fits it, which is why the box is bought by installation rather than by amperage alone.
It is a moulded case breaker rather than a switch, and it is meant for occasional operation. Where the outlet is switched daily, say so at the enquiry and we will confirm what the fitted device is rated for.
The feeder lands on the breaker inside the enclosure and the receptacle is fed from it. Ground and neutral go to their own terminals, and the cover closes over the cord once the trailer is plugged in.
It can be used as a 30 amp 125V outlet fed from a generator, with the TT-30R accepting an RV cord or a matching adapter. It is not an inlet: power comes out of it, so it must be supplied from a protected source.
